All orders will be processed within 1 business day or sooner. Shipping methods for standard orders are UPS Ground, UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day, UPS Saturday, UPS 3-Day service. Standard order delivery time is 3-5 business days. In some cases items may be drop shipped or on backorder with the manufacturer and may take longer than 3-5 business days. You will be notified by a sales representative or by email if a backorder exceeds an acceptable length of time. Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization number.
International orders must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars. When placing an order by phone, email or FAX, please include your exact shipping address and contact information, (with your country & city code). This is very important. We will email a quote and a request for payment with instructions.

Performance Products will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or other consequential damage, nor for labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. Additionally, Performance Products does not accept any responsibility for consequences resulting from installation of products on customer vehicles.
Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer, if any. The seller hereby disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warrantee or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Performance Products, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.
We do our best to provide the correct fitment information for our products. The information provided to us by our suppliers may not always be correct. If you receive a product that we show fits your vehicle and the product will not fit please do not modify or alter the product to make it fit your vehicle. Please return the product for a full refund and we will find the correct part that fits your vehicle. If you modify or alter the product you do so at your own risk and no refund or compensation will be given. If the product comes with a manufacture warranty this will void that warranty. Performance Products or its suppliers will not be responsible for any damages the modified/altered product may cause to the vehicle.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item, return the item within 30 days of purchase for an immediate exchange or refund. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools, custom parts, or special order items. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, modifications, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints etc.). Items returned with damage or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed. Returns made after 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Refund will be given once the returned item is received and inspected. Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.

Free shipping applies to Ground (standard) shipping and select products only within the contiguous United States and purchase total must equal or exceed minimum amount specified. Close out items availability is limited to stock on hand and can be discontinued at any time. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee the availability and it may change while in your cart. When an item is discontinued, we will update the item on our website as soon as possible; sometimes there may be a slight delay. We will notify you if you placed an order with an item that is no longer available. Some of these items come back into stock, while others are closeouts and are gone forever.
